Dr. Alex Chiou is the founder and CEO of PosBoss Information Technology Corporation. The company provides eLearning Total Solutions, including Learning Management System, eLearning Authoring Tools, and eLearning Content Creation. As a Certified Moodle Partner and Training Facilitator for Moodle Educator Certificate, PosBoss is the Main Distributor of iSpring solutions’ eLearning Products (iSpring Suite) in Taiwan and China, and the Main Distributor of Qarbon’s Authoring tools (ViewletBuilder) in Asia.

Alex earned his Bachelor of Engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management, National Chiao Tung University, ROC, his Master of Engineer in Computer Science and Engineering, University of Texas at Arlington, USA, and his Doctoral degree in Information Management, University of Taiwan in Science and Technology, ROC. He went on to become System Administrator, Network Management Section of Computer Center of I-Shou University, Rank Technical Expert, Computer Center of National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, Adjunct Lecturer, Information Management Department of National Open University, and Lecturer, Industrial Engineering and Management Department of Saint John’s University.
